False claims, a lack of scientifically validated products, tonnes of artificial ingredients, and even more artificial people - all looking to make a quick buck.

The further I delved into the world of supplements, the clearer it became that the industry was rife with misleading information, questionable quality, and prohibitive prices.

As an enthusiasts in functional fitness, powerlifting and jiu-jitsu, I knew the impact of these shortcomings. I knew the struggle was real for lot of people.

This frustration sparked the birth of Optimal Self Supplements. A brand committed to sourcing the best possible quality, backed by science and delivered at a reasonable price. Products that focus on solving the issues we all face in our pursuit for finding our optimal selves. Natural being the focus, I'm kicking off the range with functional mushrooms - a rich and potent range of fungi which form the basis for my personal supplement stack, and I'm thrilled to be able to share them with you.
