The further I delved into the world of supplements, the clearer it became that the industry was rife with misleading information, questionable quality, and prohibitive prices.

As an enthusiasts in functional fitness, powerlifting and jiu-jitsu, I knew the impact of these shortcomings. This frustration sparked the birth of Optimal Self Supplements.
